Rhema Painting Terms of Service

Welcome to Rhema Painting. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Rhema Painting provides professional painting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior house painting, and commercial painting. Our services are available to customers in the Brandon, FL area.

2. Estimates and Pricing

2.1 Estimates

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and a preliminary assessment of the work required.

2.2 Pricing

Pricing is determined based on the scope of work, materials needed, and labor costs. Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment by check, credit card, or bank transfer.

3.2 Payment Schedule

A deposit may be required before starting the work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Detailed payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of estimate approval.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellation

Customers may cancel their scheduled services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4.2 Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule their services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on our availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for preparing the work area, which may include moving furniture, removing personal items, and ensuring clear access to the areas to be painted. Rhema Painting is not responsible for damage to personal items that are not removed or protected by the customer.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Warranties

We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship for a specified period, as detailed in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather, physical impact, or improper maintenance.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Rhema Painting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
